Natural looking make up
By 3cardmonte
Get the natural look.
Make up that has been piled on looks awful, it looks thick, cakey and cheap, natural make up looks polished and barely there. It can be achieved easily with a few simple tricks.
Foundation:
The key thing to remember with foundation is that it should look like you are not wearing any; You need to start with a good base, apply moisturiser all over your face, get a slightly damp flannel and gently rub your face with it. This will help to remove any dead skin cells and stimulate the circulation, leaving your skin fresh and glowing.
Apply:
Whether you use cream, powder or cream to powder, the trick is to apply sparingly, start with a little and then build up, you can always add more later.
Liquid: Apply a little to the pads of your fingers; dot some onto your nose, two dots on each cheek and 3 on the forehead and blend together.
Powder: If you are using a brush to apply, dot some onto your nose, one dot on each cheek and two on the forehead, blend together in small circles.
If you are using a sponge to apply, gently pat the foundation onto your face and blend.
Blusher VS Bronzer:
The secret of blusher and bronzer is in the application, again you want to start with a little and build up. Use a large brush and apply in small circles.
Blusher: Apply to the apples of your cheeks (the roundest, fleshiest part) and brush slightly outwards in small circles. Do not simply brush in a straight line, this just looks like a very odd strip of colour. If you can’t figure out where to apply, hold your breath for 15 seconds, notice where your cheeks turn red, this is where you should apply
Bronzer: Again, use a large soft brush to apply in small circles. Apply at the points where the sun would naturally catch your face, this means your browbone, your nose, temples and cheekbones.
Mascara: For a natural look, try skipping black mascara and opt for brown or clear instead. When you apply the mascara, hold the wand out of the tube for about one minute, this will dry some of the mascara out preventing clumps. Apply mascara and use a small eyelash brush to brush your lashes, this will separate your lashes making them look longer and more defined.
Eyebrows: Eyebrows are key in a natural look, if you have sparse eyebrows fill them in using a brow pencil. Use short light strokes and use the comb end of the pencil to blend in.
Lips: For a natural look, stick with lip gloss, you can use clear or coloured as log as it is not too dark.
natural looking but polished

Well what if you have short eye brows how can you fix them to make them look longer and them not looking stupid??
The best thing I can suggest is eyebrow pencil. draw on in light straokes and blend carefully
